Windows in and lining and roof done

The windows are now in and have insulated and lined the whole inside. The roof was no fun job, with only one man on the job, however it is all in and looks good. The flooring is also now done. The wood floor lino from bargaintown looks great and will be easy to keep clean.

  1. How did you manage to install the skylight with a ridged roof? How did you manage to seal it? I need to the same! Good luck with your conversion!

  2. I managed to just about fit the skylight in-between the ridges. I measured and cut out the hole. The two ridges on either side, which were getting in the way of a flush mount,I simply flattened half of each of them with a rubber hammer. I then filed down the sides I had hammered out as they were no longer square. I used tec7 silicone to seal the unit and it worked perfectly. Good luck
